1. Overview
All purchases from Celestial Textures are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and refund requests on our behalf.
Because our Products are digital goods delivered electronically, special conditions apply to refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
2. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. However, by completing a purchase and accessing or downloading the Product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.
3. When We Offer Refunds
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues: The Product has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Product twice.
- Product significantly not as described: The Product materially differs from its description on the product page.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after downloading or accessing the Product
- Incompatibility with your system where minimum requirements were clearly stated
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund through Paddle and you will receive confirmation via email. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
